OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
At Moonlight Nails & Beauty, we have a before 24-hour cancellation or service change policy in order to accommodate the high demand for appointments, align with our mission to provide fair and competitive wages for our team of talented nail artists and keep our business up and running. Please notice for us if you cancellation or change in service within before 24-hours of your appointment time.
A no-show or cancellation within 2-hours, you will be charged a 10$ incidental fee applied to future services.
For any COVID related cancellations please let us know this is the reasoning for the cancellation/no-show and we still look forward to serving you in the future.
